RE: MixDown options. Burning CDs. Stupid Question

I should be ashamed of myself for not really knowing this. I have been working on some things that I want to burn to a CD. The only CD burning capability I have right now is via iTunes in Mac. So, I thought I would be able to just Bounce to Disk my PT file, insert it into iTunes and burn the CD. Well, I haven't even been able to get a file to iTunes. I bounced using AIFF and WAV formats. I haven't really played with the bits and resolutions, but when I link to the file in iTunes: AIFF Format is pure static. WAV will not connect, it is not in my list. So, I came up here to see how much that Masterlist CD program is. $500! So, what am I doing wrong, what would you recommend? I would like to burn these at a fairly high quality, is iTunes a bad choice anyway? Thanks, Tim

I-tunes files must be the same as CD standard, 16 bit 44.1k. Hope this is helpful.
