Hi, I have a movie on three SVCD disks that I converted to DivX using Vidomi. There are sections in the movie that are so corrupted that it crashes Vidomi. I've had to edit out these problem areas, so I end up with six varied segments with synchronous audio. When I try to use VD to piece the segments together, the audio desyncs. How do I piece the segments together?

RE: Appending segments

Try using Avisynth to frameserve the files to VirtualDub, then save them to a single file.

RE: Appending segments

Thank you for the suggestion. I've downloaded avisynth and browsed through the documentation. I don't have time or the energy to learn the scripting for a single project. Can anyone give me detailed instructions how to convert SVCD files into AVI files? Virtual Dub can't process the SVCD file, so I need another way.
