I'm looking for some tutoring in Oregon. My son and I have been working in Reaper for a few months and while we have made some good progress with books and experimentation, I think we could go to the next level quickly with a few hours of expert help. I'm in Medford Oregon and am currently recommending Reaper to local songwriters as well as teaching the basics of recording in general. There are so many resources here that you should be up and running in no time. Good luck.
