Hi I need to record a band playing live at a gig, as i use a yamaha dig desk with 3 ADAT outs my plan was to hook these up to two RME 9632 cards to give me 24 tracks of recording. But have had no joy in runing more than one card (so only 16ch)I thought that RME cards could casscade to up the channel count. Has any one got any thoughts? (cards work fine on there own)Is it an RME thing? or a Reaper thing? or just me being thick?

You mean that in the RME panel you see both card but reaper only sees one? Have you installed the latest driver from RME? What are your options in ASIO audio device (Reaper preferences)
