Can't figure that out!! I mean all 8 engines. If I do the default action to create 16 routings from vst it creates 8 tracks consisting of Guru Main and Sub1 through Sub7 but nothing works. Help me out please
Oh man.. I've lost any desire just after a quick look trough that faq. This is horribly complicated. Hey, someone who have already fucked with Guru outs, tell me wich of 3 methods to use, so I woun't have to try them all. Or maybe it has it's own forth method?
All of the methods work, so pick the one which seems the least complicated to you. I recommend 1 midi track to and multiple audio outs from Guru for the first steps. That would be the 'Fast Track' method described in post 5 of that thread. It's not that hard and soon you begin to get the picture of what you're doing. I mean this. It's looking harder than it actually is. (@ DarkStar: perhaps it would be less deterring to new users if this method stood at the top and was clearly declared as the way to choose for the first venture in multiout routing?)
Here you have a track template with audio and MIDI per engine: NOTE: Go to File->Project Settings->Project Settings tab and tick Allow feedback on routing (USE WITH CAUTION) Each track (Engine) has 8 receives from main track so you can control each guru output.
thank you guys! it is a pleasure to ask you for help as you are not angry or self-important, you just find the most effective solution to help (if you can find it anyway) and simply lay it out this is the community I like Mercado_Negro Strange but your template did not work. First Track (guru vst) shows activity in its track mixer but no sound and no activity in Master mixer :/ Whats wrong?
