something important about stem rendering

Is there a discussion about the fact that all FX are turned on while a single track is rendered to a stem track? We always have to mute all the tracks that are not rendered to a stem at the moment. Otherwise the CPU load is so high that it takes a lot of time to render a single track when it's done in a big project. Can you make Reaper 2.99 / 3.0 do that automatically? greetings

This doesn't belong here... take it to the General Discussion forum or Nitpticks.

Stem renders can go 3-10 times faster (!!), when unrelated tracks are temporarily muted/fx disabled. I strongly support this feature of internally shutting off unrelated tracks during stem renders.
