low output level...from 001

have any of you noticed that your output either from outputs 1&2 or from the monitor output does not seem to be +4 compared with say a Korg Oasis card. a friend has this system and we noticed it yesterday. Also, tried going straight into his Event BAS and level was low and had system noise in it. I have a TDM system and if I plug my outputs directly into my powered monitors it will blow your head off at unity gain on the master fader....anyone know if this is not suppose to be this way <low level on the 001).....anyone, Digi,......thanks in advance....john
