VERY annoying problem... please help

I'm trying to autotune this vocal track... i have the region selected.. I Press play and then i press stop, but the marker doesnt go back to the beginning of the region when i press stop. I tried switching all my edit modes but I dont know what it is.. Its causing me a lot of time if anyone can help me out please lemme know. Thanks!

deselect "Link Edit and Timeline Selection" .....

thanks for the quick reply.. that worked, but when I press space bar, playback wont return to the beginning of the selected region. Anything else I have to deselect?
