Hi, I have another problem I cannot seem to find a solution for... In Preferences I selected the default template I want to use for new projects. That works fine but when I save Templates, I need to browse to my Templates folder every time... Reaper is not using the defined path of the selected default Template. Further mor, it does not remember where I saved my Template last time ! Not a big problem, just annoying... I searched the Registry and drive C: for config files but could not find any... I would like to be able to define the path to my Templates and saved effect parameter, etc... Thanks ! Michel

I'm pretty sure that the project templates need to be in: C:\Documents and Settings\<<account name>>\Application Data\REAPER\ProjectTemplates\ Give that a try. PS Reaper does not use the Registry at all :) Any references to Reaper or its ifles in the Registry were created by other programs. HTH

Yes that's the folder Reaper keeps using... I would like to change this default behavior. Reaper must store settings somewhere ? Like a lot of people do, I move the "My Document" folder from disk C: to D:. I have all my data on that disk. I wish I could move Reaper's data also...

Yes, this menu is showing... But... It keeps showing the files in: C:\Documents and Settings\Michel\Application Data\REAPER\ProjectTemplates I do not want to keep this path. I want this path: E:\My Documents\REAPER\ProjectTemplates I noticed the REAPER.INI file, but there is no entry for "Templates Path" or "Reaper Data Path"... If it is hardcoded, like it seems to be, it would be very nice to add this simple feature. Most software let you store your data where YOU want. Thanks.
