G'day A noobie here, coming from Logic 8 to dip my toes in the water : ) I downloaded a few themes to try. But it seems that only the colours change not the fader graphics etc..?? Am I doing something wrong? I drag the theme folder (e.g. cornish mulitpack) into my reaper colour themes folder. Then when I try to load the the theme, it doesn't seem to work properly (compared to the screenshots I see on the forum) I am on Mac OSX 10.4.11, Am I doing something wrong? Cheers AJ Olsson

Simple one... take the files with the suffix .reapertheme out of the Cornish folder and put them in the main ColorThemes folder. REAPER needs both the theme and graphics separate otherwise can not see them.

This is still not working for me. Moving the .reapertheme files out of the containing folder and into the root Colorthemes folder makes the themes accessible through the prefernces drop down menu but I'm still not seeing any graphical changes at all. Infact every single them I try has the really ugly and simple default button bar at the top left hand corner. AM I just missing a very simple step? ps. Also under Prefernces > Appearance, the UI Images dropdown list doesn't do or change anything visually. With or without the associated checkboxes checked. EDIT: I figured it out. You have to take basically trash the original folder that the theme was downloaded and unzipped to, and just throw all files into the main "color themes" folder, making sure the .reapertheme file and the associated folder containing the graphics are sitting next to each other.
