Can't add new JS FX to use within Reaper

I've noticed lately I can't copy-and-paste code and stick em in a JS folder to use within Reaper anymore. The old effects I copied and pasted the code are there and work, but I can't add another and have it show up in either Reaper or that reajs.dll. Is it broken or did it change? I mean they're in installdata/effects user

"Action: Show REAPER resource path in explorer" This question gets asked too often. Somebody please put up an FAQ or something.

Thanks Ixix, turns out it changed into c:/documents and settings instead of c:/reaper like it used to be Definitly needs to be in one of the JS stickies in this forum, I thought it would be and looked there first.
