I have a 1998 Volvo S40 1.9TD Which is my engine number.... S 40 D 4192 T4 1,9 75 / 102Ps S 40 D 4192 T3 1,9 85 / 115Ps or 40 1,9 70 / 95ps Need to know for my chip if I can get one

None of the above , Yours is a D4192T nothing much to "chip" it's got a mechanical injection system with electronic control of the timing ... as per the volvo 400 range ...

afraid not , you need to start with the common rail diesel on the S/V40 from 2002
