Issue with Asus P5Q deluxe - Firewire trouble?

Hello, I've just bought a new PC set up to use with my DIGI 002 and PT 7.4. I have read some good informations about the P35 chipset ans ASUS mobos and so why not the P45... which is the following of the P35. So i have just installed Win XP SP2 and drivers of the Mobo (P5Q deluxe) and drivers of graphic card (Asus 8500GS) and PT 7.4. But it doesn't work correctly !!! With only one audio track in PT, i have this message : "The operating system held off interrupts for too long. If this occurs frequently, try increasing the "H/W Buffer size" in the play back engine panel" or i have this message : DAE Error 6087. So i don't understand !!! Do you think the LSI chipset of the integrated firewire in the mobo doesn't work with my digi ??? Thanks a lot for your answer. are you trying to use 64 bit xp? if so Pro tools will only work with 32 bit. I am building a new pc and am ordering the Asus P5Q pro, maybe I will wait 'till digi answers this thread. Could it possibly be the onboard firewire, have you tried an approved card?

So...My version of XP is a 32 bits. I have just installed all hotfixes and SP3 and the issue is the same (DAE error 6087) I have updated the PACE drivers...always error 6087 I have just ordered a Firewirecard which is approved by digidesign (i'll receive it in a week because USA to France...) Maybe it's another problem. Maybe must i check some things in the BIOS???? I'm not an expert in the bios so does anyone knows where is the way??? Thanks
