Reaper and new Slate VMR?

anyone getting the new Slate VMR running on 4.75 x64 Win8.1? Can't seem to get Reaper to see the .dll at all. Rebooted and re-scanned Reaper VST folders, nothing. The Virtual Mix Rack .dll is sitting in my 64 bit VST folder.

I had an issue when I first ran it because I cancelled the authorization process then it wouldn't show up in REAPER. Once I had the code I needed, and authorized the demo in iLok manager, I cleared the cache and rescanned the plugin folder. To reiterate, authorize the software, then open reaper. Rescan if needed.
