First of all,is anyone bothered by the compression on these sites( soundclick etc.)? Nice composition. Drums are a little bit busy for my taste. It would be nice to hear some cool fx happening in the breaks. Great playing and performance and I think great sounds( hard to tell with that shitty compression from soundclick ).

What is your bass tuned too? Sounds Killer!

Thanks ;) The bass samples are from a 5-string bass standard tuning I guess, but my guitar is a sevenstring tuned to drop-A.. Maybe I should try the fx idea :P

I think it is great! Drums seem a little busy in parts I think because the bass drum sounds like a floor tom. Maybe take some high end off the bass drum and lower the volume a bit? Also, some of the "solo" guitar parts should come up in volume a bit.

I don't know why everyone is mentioning overly busy drums. They sound fine to me. The whole thing is very tight and melodic. Excellent production. We want more!
