Sync w/ Cubase on Seperate PC

Can someone give me steps to sync up with cubase on a seperate PC? I have it so when I hit play on Cubase right now it starts the transport on PTLE but the cursor doesn't move, so I can't record..

Oh yeah, PTLE 5.1 and Cubase 5 VST32 (I think)

I have the midiman 2 channel USB interface on a PC, and the 001 on another seperate PC.
