Hi guys help needed firstly my volvo is a 850 t5 m reg 1995 i do not have the code reader by the ash tray can you tell me where it would be and what reader / connectors i can buy to plug in also how do i find out what type of engine i have cheers:mumbles:

Laptop will not work on a car with the diagnostic connector behind the headlamp. You need a Volvo scan tool or use the flash codes as the link says. Engine code should be on a paper sticker on the cam belt cover an 850 T5 should be B5234T.
