Hi Brian. I'll email you as well, but just in case this is helpful to others... To check what drivers are on your disks, select the icon for the disk (don't open it), and do Get Info (CMD + I). Under "Where" in the Get Info window, you'll see the name and revision of the driver, for example, "FWB 3.0.2". You should have received FWB Hard Disk Toolkit PE version 3.0.2 with your Pro Tools software (assuming you recently purchased your Pro Tools system). If your drives were initialized with an earlier version of HDT, you can just update the drivers with 3.0.2. If all of your data is backed up, there's no harm in re-initializing your drives.
