bulb replacement 

Hi Its relativly easy to change bulbs, You need 9mm Bulbs as fitted in fog Lamp switch pt no 9148908 (i Think) you also need to know radio code. 1. Remove stereo and 2 screws holding top cover on. then remove 1 scre either side in plastic lugs and the screw n the RH side if facing you on the shiny silver plate directly above peviosly removed screw. 2. remove volume knob by pulling off 3. unclip plastic lugs (top, sides, and bottom) to remove facia assy. 4. remove faulty bulbs (5 in total) dotted around board (be careful if removing ribbon cable). 5. Pull off blue caps on old bulbs (I did with teeth) 6. Fit caps over new bulbs 7. refit new bulbs, lining up slot on bulbs with arrows on board 8. re assemble. (make sure ribbon cable is fitted correctly) 9. re fit in car, enter code and enjoy:Dancing_chief: hope this helps . I have done in and sc805 and sc802 ben

Having followed Stoatsandgroats directions for changing bulbs, which I thought I had done rather successfully only to find that I still had no lights. I am at a bit of a loss. Do these radios carry a fuse for the bulbs? Anyone got any ideas. Thx
