Installing 002 rack on imac for first time...

...and im having problems with PT recognizing my hardware. I installed PT, turned off the comp, plugged in the 002 rack, turned the comp on, fired up PT and it just wont recognize my hardware. I have no idea what im doing wrong so if anyone can shed a ray of light on this problem for me id be very happy...cheers!

i am using pt le 6.9 and i have a 17" screen imac 2.0 ghz dual core, 1 GB ram.

you need a later version of pro tools to run on an intel iMac...
