It doesn't do it everytime..in fact just noticed it on the latest project. I have about 10 VSTs that are not "running" (they're bypassed) in thie project. Is it plug-ins I'm running within REAPER at the time?

I don't know if this applies or not but Reaper always shuts down with an error message if I have Proteus VX loaded on a project, bypassed or not. I don't know why and never investigated since its only on shutdown that it bugs out. cliff

I don't think it effects Reaper, its just a pain. Its been happening to me ever since Proteus became a freebie a couple years or so ago. I like Proteus but because of this issue I use it less and less. Just be sure to save your project before shutting Reaper down. You could bounce the track with the buggy plug and then use the resulting wave....eliminating the buggy effect altogether. cliff
