Despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to get enough time to do much more development, and it looks like this situation will continue. So when I get a chance, I'm going to prepare, package and release the source.

Sorry to hear that. IMHO, no program has even come close to the usability of Fair Use. It's a masterpiece, but MM4 is outdated. What I would really have loved is if you'd turned Fair Use into a frontend for Xvid and Besweet. With your talent, I'm sure it would have turned out as easy as the original Fair Use.

Without FairUse I don't think I would have every got into Divx and mpeg encoding. My success with FairUse got me started. I still think its the best DivX program out there. Hope to see more like it someday. Thanks.
