C\'mon, Digi tech support!

OK, I hate to bitch, but having now encountered the power harness problem, I can't get ahold of Digidesign so they can send me a replacement. I tried calling the tech support and it was after hours, so I filled out the email form and an error kept coming up and it wouldn't allow me to enter the email. It said something was wrong with the "location" selection, even though I tried 3 times and it wouldn't work. Don't you hate the vibe you get that companies are doing everything they can to NOT have you contact them? boo hoo hoo-- There, I'm crying. Are you happy now? PC

Dude, relax, I got my power harness replaced in two days. They over nighted it to me.. Be patient and call them in the morning.
